Commonly used packaging processes
Four color printing
1. The so-called four colors are: cyan (C), magenta (M), yellow (Y), and black (K). All colors can be mixed with these four inks to finally achieve color graphics.
2. The most common and most common printing, with different effects printed on different substrates.
Spot color printing
1. Spot color printing refers to the use of a special ink to print the color, which is brighter than the color mixed with four colors. The commonly used ones are special gold and special silver.
2. There are many spot colors. Refer to the Pantone color card. Spot colors cannot achieve gradient printing. If necessary, four-color printing is added.
Composite bag
1. Composite bags are suitable for vacuum packaging or general packaging of food, electronic products, chemicals, medicines, tea and other products.
2. The processing techniques that can be used are basically the same as those of paper, including screen printing, printing and hot stamping.
OPP plastic film is a very important flexible packaging material. OPP film is colorless, odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, and has high tensile strength, impact strength, rigidity, toughness and good transparency. OPP film has low surface energy and needs corona treatment before gluing or printing. After corona treatment, OPP film has good printing adaptability and can be printed in multiple colors to obtain exquisite appearance, so it is often used as the surface material of composite film.
EVA film has good shock resistance and compression resistance, but also has good waterproof and anti-aging properties. Because the molecular formula of EVA film is relatively simple, its UV resistance and resistance to organic chemical corrosion are relatively weak.
1. It is a transparent bag made of a material that shrinks strongly at a certain temperature and is used to protect the packaging.
2. It is only used to protect the packaging and no other processes are performed.
